The Company Rhytron has been founded in autumn 2003, together with the former project engineers of the company Pees Steuer- & Regelanlagen GmbH.
The main focus of our activity is to solve customized control tasks – mainly in the sector of hydraulic and electric drives.
In order to guarantee the spare part supply and servicing of existing Pees systems located all over the world, the rights for the software and the digital hardware components have been acquired.
Rhytron GmbH is located in the business park Rheinpreußen in Duisburg-Homberg, Germany.

The scope of services includes customer consulting and definition of the requirements for the application. In the subsequent planning phase, the control concept is worked out, the appropriate hardware is selected and wiring diagrams are drawn up.

The preferred controller components are standard components such as modular DIN rail industrial PCs, but in special cases microcomputer systems such as the 4-axis controller module DN309 in Eurocard format are also used.

Depending on the customer’s requirements, power electronics, e.g. power converters and servocontrollers for electromotive drives, are also integrated into the control cabinet, in addition to the control technology. During programming, the visualisation (HMI) is carried out in the C++ programming language, the control and regulation part is carried out in C++ or structured text. The pre-tested system components are finally put into operation at the customer’s site.

This includes checking the connected wiring, any necessary program adaptations and the controller setting of the individual control loops. After commissioning, our service is available for maintenance and repair purposes.
